In this week's FOCUS you will see a press release from Countryside which says they have submitted an OUTLINE Planning Application for development North of the Burnham Road (B1012).

What they conveniently missed is that the application is a HYBRID one, which means the changes to the Burnham Road are actually a FULL application and if it is agreed by Chelmsford City Council, we will be stuck with it! Residents only have until the 26th November to submit comments to Chelmsford City Council.

If you want to take a look at Countryside/ECC's HYBRID planning application for what they are wanting to build and do, then the documents are available at: Chelmsford City Council Just to warn residents there are a lot of documents (over 100) so you may want to be selective in what you study!

Should you want to comment on any of this then you don't have very long (before the end of the month) and remember the highways stuff is for a FULL application.

Below is a text copy of the Official Site Notice (Yellow Planning Notice signs)
